Intellectual Property Right (IPD) Management

TBI assists the incubate in applying different intellectual property, several:

  • Patents-licence conferring a right or title for a set period of time,  sole right to exclude selling an invention (like telephone, GPS, etc.)
  • Trademarks-words legally registered  to represent a company or products (logo, emblem or sign)
  • Copyright- legal right to an intellectual property owner-the original creator of the product and anyone they give authorization are the only one who have exclusive right to reproduce the works.

Basic Incubation Program

The basic incubation provides assistance to:

The continuing or advance incubation program is offered when the incubatees has finish the basic incubation course, and decided to continuously avail the services of the incubator. The program offers:

  • Financial assistance proposal, and
  • Market expansion.
Co-Incubation Programs

Co-Incubation program allows the utilization of technology from other incubators under the National TBI network by the incubate. The base and partner incubators will both provide technical and business assistance for the benefit of the incubate.

The program aims to:

  • Establish partnership with technology experts
  • Develop promotional inventions to attract investors, and
  • Build network and technology experts.
